APPOINTMENT DAY
Cleaners arrive
Cleaners will arrive at the appointment time.
Timeslot :
9am - 9.30am arrival
2pm - 4pm arrival
7pm - 9pm arrival
(additional $50 for night slot)
Any defects, fragile items and special instructions should be communicated with the cleaners before they start cleaning.
Walkthrough before cleaning
Cleaners will walkthrough with clients. Photos of before will be taken.
Cleaning starts
Cleaners will start their cleaning.
Owner doesn't have to be around.
Message 30mins - 1 hour before
Cleaners will message you before their final touches.

Checklist walkthrough
Cleaners will walk you through each area with our checklist.

Touch up
Touch up of missed out areas that were found during checks.

Rate our service
Rate us on how well our cleaners did and how was your experience with Doctor Clean.
Estimated cleaning time:
400sqft - 550sqft : 4 hours
600sqft - 800sqft : 4.5 hours
850sqft - 1200sqft : 5 hours
1250sqft - 1500sqft : 6 hours
IMPORTANT: Customers will have to be around after cleaning is done. Any touch up will need to be done on the spot to avoid charges after cleaners leave.
Customers will have to ensure it is fully checked before pressing the submit button.
After cleaner's leave, there will be $80 charges incurred for cleaners to return.
During checklist walkthrough, any missed out spots or area that require more work should be notified to our cleaners. Cleaner will touch up on the spot before leaving.
